    June 11 (Reuters) - Italy's luxury yachtmaker Ferretti YACHT.MI is considering to buy all or part of troubled rival The Italian Sea Group TISGR.MI, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday citing people familiar with the matter.
    Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
    A Ferretti spokesperson declined to comment.
