Rekor says Iteris rejects buyout offer

March 1 (Reuters) - Rekor Systems Inc  REKR.O  said on
Monday traffic camera provider Iteris Inc  ITI.O  had rejected a
buyout offer made by the U.S. license plate recognition software
vendor.
    Rekor had earlier made a non-binding $330 million
cash-and-stock offer to acquire Iteris, sources told Reuters on
