Admission of shares

and

Total Voting Rights

 

Ithaca Energy, a leading UK independent exploration and production company,
announces that further to the announcement dated 30 December 2022 relating to
an exercise of share options by Mr Gilad Myerson, Executive Chairman of the
Company, 1,402,759 new ordinary shares issued and allotted to Mr Gilad Myerson
(the "GM Shares"), applications have been made to the FCA for admission of the
GM Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and
to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the GM Shares to trading on the
main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
Admission of the GM Shares is expected from 8.00 a.m. on 20 October 2023.

There is no resulting change in the total number of shares in issue.
Therefore, following Admission, the total number of shares in issue in the
Company will be 1,014,372,281. The GM Shares rank pari passu in all respects
with the Company's existing ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury and all shares have equal voting rights. This figure may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, Ithaca Energy under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
