Ithaca Energy plc (the "Company")

 

Amended PDMR and PCA Notification

 

The following amendment has been made to the 'PDMR and PCA Notification'
announcement released on 8 February 2023 at 7:00 am under RNS No. 2329P.

The aggregate volume of shares to be transferred should have read 200,000,000
not 200,102,813.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

 

Ithaca Energy plc (LSE: ITH) (Ithaca Energy, or the Company) announces that
it was notified on 6(th) February 2023 that DKL Energy Limited (on behalf of
Delek Group Limited ("DGL")) transferred shares to a new custody account. DGL
is a person closely associated with a PDMR, Mr Idan Wallace, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
