Ithaca Energy plc ("Ithaca Energy" or the "Company")

Directors'/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company makes the following announcement in respect of certain disclosable
transactions carried out by one of its directors and persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") on 1 December 2025.

The Company was notified by Yaniv Friedman, Executive Chairman, that he has
purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of
£1.74 and £1.75, respectively.
