** Co's Q4 consol loss narrows to 43.8 mln rupees ($513,090.85) from 2.39 bln rupees loss a year ago

** Q4 revenue jumps 73.9% Y/Y to 10.46 bln rupees

** Stock set to gain for third straight session

** ITEL down ~12% YTD
