    ** Telecom co says it got order worth 3 bln rupees ($35.7
mln) for solar street light systems 
    ** Stock on track to snap 6 days of losses
    ** More than 2.1 mln shares traded as of 11:45 a.m. IST;
busiest day so far in Sept 
    ** ITEL last up 5.5%; down ~1.8% YTD
