Notice of Final Results

 

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces
that it will now issue its final results for the year ended 30 April 2022 on
Wednesday 14 September 2022. This is a change to the date orginially advised,
8 August 2022, in the Trading Update on 9 June 2022 and allows sufficient time
for the Company to finalise its year-end accounts.

The Company confirms that its current operational and financial position
remains in line with the trading update of 9 June.

 

There will be an analyst call on Wednesday 14 September at 0930h GMT. Those
analysts wishing to join the call should register to receive an invitation by
contacting ir@itm-power.com (mailto:ir@itm-power.com) .

 

There will also be a presentation for investors at 1400h GMT on the same day
on the Investor Meet Company platform. The presentation is open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via
the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 0900h GMT the day before the
meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Investors can sign up to
