Update on timing of FY23 results announcement, guidance unchanged

 

ITM today announces an update regarding the timing of the publication of its
preliminary financial results for the year to 30 April 2023.

The financial year-end audit process is well advanced but the Group's auditor,
Grant Thornton, has requested additional time to complete standard audit
procedures, meaning a delay to the previously announced release date of 27
July 2023.

We now expect to jointly work with Grant Thornton to report our preliminary
results for FY23 on

17 August 2023.

The Board confirms the guidance provided at the time of our trading update on
1 June 2023.
