Italy's Leonardo agrees to buy Iveco's defence business

MILAN, July 30 (Reuters) - Italian state-backed defence group Leonardo LDOF.MI said on Wednesday it had agreed to buy the defence unit of truckmaker Iveco IVG.MI, giving the business an enterprise value of 1.7 billion euros ($1.95 billion).
