July 13 (Reuters) - Italian food service operator IVS Group: 
    * Pension fund Fondazione Enasarco says launches accelerated 
bookbuilding on 3.081 percent stake in the group  
    * Banca IMI sole bookrunner 
    * Shares in IVS closed down 1.16 percent at 12.75 euros each
