    The Italian government ordered police on Friday to impound a
luxury yacht worth some $700 million that has been linked in the

    Treasury announces sale of BTP bonds, with relative amounts
to be auctioned on May 12.

    ATLANTIA  ATL.MI 
    The Benetton family and U.S. fund Blackstone  BX.N  are
expected to launch their 58 billion euro ($61 billion) bid for
the infrastructure group at the end of the summer, three sources
said on Friday, after they filed their offer prospectus with

    ERG Chief Executive Paolo Merli told newspaper la Repubblica
on Saturday that Italy's new windfall tax was "wrong" and
"inconstitutional", adding an action against it could be

    Italy's top insurer said on Friday it had completed the
acquisition of a 25% stake in its Indian non-life insurance
joint venture, increasing its holding to 74% after receiving
