March 6 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes pared declines and were muted on Thursday, in the last session of a holiday-truncated week, as investors assessed latest indications that energy shipping through the crucial Strait of Hormuz could be restored..N

At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.11% at 46,514.09.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.03% at 6,577.02, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.02% at 21,836.06.
