Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial
responsibility (PDMR) or connected persons

 

JD Wetherspoon plc (the 'Company') was notified on 1 September 2023 that Tim
Martin, Chairman, had bought 968,544 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 700.004 pence per share.

 

Following the above transaction, Tim Martin and his connected persons have an
interest of 31,743,253 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.65 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company
