Share Incentive Plan - Unapproved Vest

 

The Company was informed on 25(th) March 2026 that following the maturity on
24(th) March 2026 of an unapproved SIP award dated 24(th) March 2023, the
following shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at a price
of £5.68 per share in satisfaction of the award less tax and NI and
transferred to the vested share account of the Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility(PDMRs) listed below.
