The Company was informed on 8 October 2019, that following the maturity of an
unapproved SIP award on 4 October 2019, all ordinary shares which vested were
sold on 4 October 2019 by the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price
for all shares was 1,531.00 pence per share:
