Apparel retailer J.Jill up after lifting annual net sales forecast

** Women's apparel retailer J.Jill's  JILL.N  shares up 3.7%
at $35.50 in premarket trade
    ** Company raises annual net sales forecast on robust demand
for its summer dresses, woven tops and bottoms
    ** Q1 net sales up 7.5% at $161 mln, while comparable store
sales rise 3.1%
    ** JILL reports Q1 adj EPS of $1.22 vs $1.01 a year ago
    ** YTD, stock up about 37% as of last close, compared with a
1.1% rise in the Russell 2000 small-cap index  .RUT
