** Shares of India's J Kumar Infraprojects JKIP.NS rise 2.6% to 644.05 rupees

** Infrastructure firm's board recommends a final annual dividend of 4 rupees per share for fiscal year 2025 after approval in its September 23 annual general meeting

** Dividend for fiscal 2024 was also 4 rupees per share

** YTD, however, JKIP shares are down 15.6%
