The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces
that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held
on  Monday,15th June 2026, a dividend of 3.2 pence per share will be paid on
10th July 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on
12th June 2026.  The ex-dividend date is 11th June 2026.
