In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Martin Scicluna has stepped down as Chairman of RSA Insurance Group Limited (formerly RSA Insurance Group plc) with immediate effect, following the completion of the acquisition by Regent Bidco Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation and Tryg A/S.
