SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 19 JANUARY 2023

 

 

The Company announces that at its Annual Genaral Meeting held today that the
special resolutions for the authorisation of the Company to make market
purchases of its ordinary shares and for the adoption of new Articles of
Association were passed.

 

 

Copies of both resolutions have been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism, and will be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

 

 

 

Copies of both resolutions will be sent to Companies House.
