** Company said on Wednesday it will suspend dividend as part of a restructuring plan; Jack in the Box also seeking to offload its struggling Del Taco restaurant business

** Company reported 4.4% decline in same-store sales, as part of prelim Q2 results

** Average rating of 21 analysts "hold"; median PT $38 - LSEG

** As of last close, stock down ~40% YTD
