Total voting rights & admission of shares
 
The Company announces that further to its announcements of 26 March 2018 and 7 October 2020 in which it issued 159,847 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of JADE to a minority shareholder (the vendor) of Hong Kong Mining Holdings Limited (HKMH) and 4,496,784 Ordinary Shares as performance fee shares to Harmony Capital (the Company's investment manager), respectively, the total of 4,656,631 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 26th January 2021 ("Admission").
 
Upon Admission, the Company's total issued share capital (excluding 2,647,804 shares held in Treasury by the Company) will remain unchanged and consist of 115,277,869 Ordinary Shares. All of the shares, excluding those in Treasury, have equal voting rights. The Company's total issued share capital (including those now held in Treasury) will comprise 117,925,673 Ordinary Shares. The figure of 115,277,869 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
