Appointment of Nicolas Vassaux

Jade Road Investments Limited (AIM:JADE), the London quoted investment company
that looks to provide investors exposure to alternative investments which aim
to offer higher returns and lower risk than traditional asset classes, is
pleased to announce that Nicolas Vassaux has today been appointed to the board
of the Company after successful completion of due diligence checks.

Information disclosed in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Mr Nicolas Geard A.
