("Jade Road Investments", "JADE" or the "Company)

Proposed Fundraising and Suspension Update

Jade Road Investments Limited (AIM:JADE), the London quoted investment
company, announces that it is intending to raise further substantial capital
to deploy in its Investing Policy ('the Fundraising).

The Company is in discussions with multiple parties in relation to the
Fundraising which is expected to conclude by the end of January 2026 and would
enable the Company to meet the requirement to raise at least £6m pursuant to
Aim Rule 8. Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended pending the
conclusion of the Fundraising.

The Company will provide updates in due course.

There can be no certainty that the Fundraising will be concluded. Should the
Company fail to conclude a fundraising of at least £6m by 31 January 2026,
and/or the Company's shares are not readmitted to trading, the admission of
the Company's securities on AIM will be cancelled in line with AIM Rule 41 on
2 February 2026.
