Re-denomination of trading currency

Jade Road Investments Limited (AIM:JADE), the London quoted investment company
that looks to provide investors exposure to alternative investments which aim
to offer higher returns and lower risk than traditional asset classes
announces that the trading currency which the Company's ordinary shares of no
par value are quoted in will change from British Pence (GBX) to United States
Dollar (USD) from 8.00 a.m. on, 28 January 2026.

 

There will be no change to the Company's ISIN or SEDOL.
