Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

20 May 2025 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the "Company" and
together with its subsidiaries, "Jadestone" or the "Group"), an independent
upstream production and development company focused on the Asia-Pacific
region, announces that its annual report, including its audited financial
results, for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been published on the
Company's website at www.jadestone-energy.com
(http://www.jadestone-energy.com) and will be mailed to shareholders on 21 May
2025.

 

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 09:00 a.m.
BST on 20 June 2025 at the offices of K&L Gates, One New Change, London,
EC4M 9AF. The Notice of Meeting, containing the full details of the AGM and
the resolutions to be addressed at the AGM, has been published on the
Company's website at https://www.jadestone-energy.com/meetings-and-circulars/

to shareholders on 21 May 2025.

 

Jenifer Thien, independent Non-Executive Director, will not stand for
re-election at the 2025 AGM and will retire from Jadestone's Board of
Directors on 20 June 2025.
