Results of AGM
30 June 2023 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (the "Company"), an independent
oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, is pleased
to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on
30 June 2023, resolutions 1-15 as set out in the Company's Notice of AGM dated
7 June 2023 were duly passed on a poll with the results as stated below.

development, where first production is expected in the first half of 2024.
Led by an experienced management team with a track record of delivery, who
were core to the successful growth of Talisman's business in Asia, the Company
is pursuing an acquisition strategy focused on growth and creating value
through identifying, acquiring, developing and operating assets in the
Asia-Pacific region.
