acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:
    ** Indian billionaire Gautam Adani-led Adani Enterprises Ltd
 ADEL.NS  said it was not evaluating a proposal to acquire
Jaiprakash Associates Ltd's  JAIA.NS  cement

Viasat's  VSAT.O  $7.3 billion takeover of satellite rival
