India's Dalmia Bharat unit to acquire Jaiprakash Associates' cement assets

BENGALURU, Dec 12 (Reuters) - India's Dalmia Bharat DALB.NS said on Monday its unit would acquire Jaiprakash Associates Ltd's JAIA.NS cement, clinker and power plants for 56.66 billion rupees ($686.70 million), including debt.
