James Fisher falls on selling its stake in James Fisher Nuclear Holdings

** Shares of marine services provider James Fisher  FSJ.L 
down as much as 7.6% to 359p
    ** Co sells its interest in James Fisher Nuclear Holdings
and related properties to private equity investment firm
Rcapital Partners for a "nominal consideration" of 3 pounds
($3.61)
    ** "As a result of the transaction, the Group will impair
the value of goodwill and tangible fixed assets associated with
the business in its results for the year ended Dec. 31 2022," it
said in a statement.
    ** Adds Rcapital to provide JFN with a 3 mln pound revolving
credit facility to fund growth of the business
