Completion of refinancing

 

Further to the announcement of 26 April 2023, James Fisher and Sons plc
(FSJ.L) ("James Fisher" or the "Group"), is pleased to confirm that it has
signed its new revolving credit facility.

 

The Group's new £210m secured revolving credit facility, which matures in
March 2025 (the "RCF"), has been provided by its six existing lenders. The key
terms of the RCF are in line with those expected at the time of the
announcement in April.

 

Jean Vernet, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

 

"We are pleased to have successfully signed our core bank facilities and
appreciate the support of our lenders over recent weeks to achieve this. The
new RCF provides a solid financial base from which we can continue to execute
the transformation strategy outlined at the time of our 2022 Full Year
results."
