James Fisher announces that an award over ordinary shares in the Company
granted on 13 September 2022 to Jean Vernet, Chief Executive Officer, vested
on 19 September 2024. Following the withholding of shares to satisfy certain
tax obligations arising on vesting, Jean Vernet acquired 35,235 shares in the
Company.
