James Fisher and Sons plc, the leading marine services provider, announces that Fergus Graham has stepped down from the Board and from his role as Marine Support Division - Director with immediate effect.  He will remain an employee of the Company until 19 March 2021.
 
Full details of Fergus's leaving arrangements in respect of fixed pay, annual bonus and the treatment of share awards, which are consistent with his current service contract and the Company's shareholder approved Remuneration Policy, will be disclosed on the Group's corporate website (www.james-fisher.com) in line with Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act in due course.
 
 
Malcolm Paul, Chairman of James Fisher, said: 
"Fergus joined James Fisher in January 2017 as the Director of the Marine Support Division and was appointed to the Board in March 2018. He was also responsible for international business development in emerging markets and the development of the Group's value proposition in the offshore renewables market.
