Notification of Directors' Interest in Shares

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 24 April 2025, awards over ordinary shares of 25p each in James Fisher and
Sons plc (the "Company") were made to the Executive Directors of the Company
under the James Fisher and Sons Deferred Bonus Plan, as follows:
