Fibre cement maker James Hardie to defend itself against investors' lawsuit over forecast June 9 (Reuters) - James Hardie Industries JHX.AX said on Tuesday it would defend itself against a class action lawsuit filed in an Australian court alleging breaches related to the fibre cement maker's financial forecast.
The proceeding was brought on behalf of investors who acquired interests in certain James Hardie securities between May 21 and August 19 last year, the company said.
