** JAMF is working with Citigroup bankers on the sale

** Vista Equity, which owns 34% of JAMF'S stock, is expected to exit its position as part of the sale

** Citi and Vista declined to comment, while Jamf did not respond to a request

** JAMF had fallen 25% YTD, as of last close
