** Marks steepest intraday rise since August 6

** Online education services provider secures A$21 million ($13.87 million) contract from the New Zealand Ministry of Education

** Under contract, co will deliver the student monitoring, assessment and reporting tool

** About 304,000 shares change hands, 9.1 times the 30-day avg

** Stock is up 46% YTD, including the session's moves
