Janus Henderson clients, staff push to reject Victory takeover bid, WSJ reports
March 18 (Reuters) - Clients and investment staff at Janus Henderson JHG.N are urging the money manager to reject a takeover bid from Victory Capital Management VCTR.O in favor of a lower-priced deal from Trian Fund Management, led by Nelson Peltz, along with General Catalyst, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.
