9% to $43.51
    ** JANX is receiving takeover interest from larger
pharmaceutical companies, Bloomberg News reports
    ** Company is working with financial adviser to evaluate
possibilities including sale - report
    ** In February, company's shares more than doubled in value
after it reported encouraging interim early-stage data for its
experimental therapy to treat an advanced form of prostate
cancer
    ** Stock up more than three-fold in past 12 months
