    * Says it will take out a loan of 900 million yen from 
Mizuho Bank, Ltd, on Aug. 10 
    * Interest rate of three-months TIBOR (Tokyo Inter Bank 
Offered Rate)+ 0.2 percent and maturity on July 31, 2018 
    * Proceeds will be mainly used to acquire interest in
