* Says it has reached agreement with Endologix Inc ELGX.O
to
terminate the joint development contract related to thoracic
stent graft system as of October 1
* The joint product development agreement related to
thoracic
stent graft system was signed by the parties in September 2017
* In conjunction with the termination of the contract
related to
development of a thoracic stent graft system, the two companies
have also agreed to terminate the exclusive sales agreement for
Japan concerning the thoracic stent graft system
