    * Says it will issue new units via public offering, with the 
issue price of 206,017 yen per share (8.81 billion yen in total) 
and paid-in price of 199,044 yen per share (8.51 billion yen in 
total)  
    * Says it will issue new units via private placement, with 
paid-in price of 199,044 yen per share (447.8 million yen)
