Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Limited and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and
Banking Corporation
* Says maximum amount of agreement is 12.5 billion yen in
total and term of agreement is from Aug. 1 to July 31, 2020
* Says loans will be used for working capital
