April 12 (Reuters) - Japan Pulp And Paper Co Ltd  8032.T :  
     
    * Says it will acquire 8,189,659,632 shares of PagePack (AU) 
Pty Ltd, which has been engaged in the import and wholesale of 
paper, packing material and ink in Australia, for 6,684 million 
yen in all  
    * Japan Pulp And Paper will hold 51 percent voting rights in 
PagePack (AU) Pty after the transaction  
    * Effective date in July 2017
