DAIRY FARM COMPLETES INCREASE OF INTEREST IN ROSE PHARMACY, INC TO 100%
 
Further to its announcement on 2nd October 2018, Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the remaining 51% interest in Rose Pharmacy, Inc ('RPI') from BRG Realty Corporation, a company owned by the founders of RPI, the Lim Family.  As a result of this transaction, Dairy Farm now holds a 100% interest in RPI.
