Audit Committee Membership Change

Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that, with effect
from 2nd March 2023, Michael Wu, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company,
and Adam Keswick has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee of the
Company.
