Directorate Changes

Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces the following
changes to the Board:

Percy Weatherall and Julian Hui will step down from the Board of the Company
with effect from 12 December 2024.

Following these changes, the composition of the Board will be:

 

 Ben Keswick      Chairman
 John Witt        Executive Director
 Graham Baker     Executive Director
 Adam Keswick     Executive Director
 Janine Feng      Independent Non-executive Director
 Stuart Gulliver  Independent Non-executive Director
 Keyu Jin         Independent Non-executive Director
 Michael Wu       Independent Non-executive Director

Chairman Ben Keswick said:

"I would like to thank Percy and Julian for their many years' service to the
Group and wish them every success for the future. Each of them has made a
significant contribution to the growth of Jardines over the past decades, and
they have all helped shape the successful Group we see today."
