The following ordinary shares of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ('JMH') were acquired in the market by Jardine Matheson International Services Limited ('JMIS'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMH, acting in its capacity as trustee of The Jardine Foundation ('JF') which is a non-profit-making organisation. 



Date of purchase:                                              12th March 2020

Total number of shares purchased:                   20,000 shares

Price paid per share:                                          US$49.3784



The above shares purchased will be retained by JMIS in its capacity as trustee of JF.
