SHARE REPURCHASE

Please be advised of the following market repurchase by the Company of its
ordinary shares:

Date of repurchase:                                 4th March
2022

Total number of shares repurchased:      57,800 shares

Price paid per share:                                US$57.85

The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The Company has now completed the US$500 million Share Buyback Programme as
announced on 30th September and 8th December 2021.
